Returns Policy

1. Order Cancellation

1.1) Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase once it has been paid and finalised or processed you may be liable for a 15% handling fee.
1.2) You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase.
1.3) The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 14 (fourteen) calendar days for a full refund.

 

2. Standard Returns

2.1) We will gladly accept any item in its original un-opened packaging that is;
2.1.1) free from damage, soiling and defects and from anything that we may at our own discretion deem a product unfit for return;
2.1.2) for a full refund within 14(fourteen) calendar days from date of purchase at the items invoice value or;
2.1.3) 3 (three) months from date of purchase for exchange.

2.2) Items that are not eligible for return or exchange:
2.2.1) Any items that have been won in competitions/sweepstakes from us;
2.2.2) any item(s) that are clearly stated as a “Sale”, “Bargain” or “Clearance” item(s).

2.3) Any refunds may be subject to an assessment period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days.

 

3. Damaged Returns


3.1)
All items need to be signed for upon receipt by you and clearly stated on the carriers sheet describing their condition in detail.
3.2) All damaged returns claims need to be submitted to us in writing and accompanied by a copy of the waybill describing the damage and photographic evidence of the damaged consignment, packaging and goods.

 

4. Applicable to ALL Returns


4.1)
All returns need to be accompanied by proof of purchase in order to be valid.
4.2) We reserve the right to request proof of identification for all returns.
4.3) All returns may be subject to a 15% handling fee.
